The two-day Boot Camp “A salary paid job or the boss of yourself” was held with a satisfactory success, as present were speakers such as Former President of the Republic of Kosovo Mrs. Atifete Jahjaga, Professor Besnik Kransiqi, and Shenaj Shala, who with their experience, achievements and education gave color to this workshop.
All participants had the opportunity to learn about key elements to consider before deciding on their life career. They had the opportunity, from different perspectives, to see the advantages and disadvantages of being employed in a private company or in a state institution and having a private business. They were also informed about the difficulties they would encounter in their careers regardless of the path they would choose.
